- Log into WMS
- Go to Receivings and click on MPS
- Select “NEW MPS”
- Select the destination store
- Enter default weight
-Gaylord = 1000
-Pallet = 5000
- Enter Description (Gaylord or Skid)
- BOL will now show at the top of the list Double check your work. Use the edit function to correct any mistakes.
- Click “ADD” to start scanning RECV #s (Note: if you click on the wrong BOL and store does not match, it will not allow you to scan receivings)
- Log RECVs in notebook
- Double check that the number of RECVs scanned to MPS matches number in the log
- Print the RECV numbers on open BOL page
- Find the BOL # that was created. Go to the right of the page and select MPS
- Print MPS
